Compact Factory
With a new innovative approach we can offer complete plug n´play small-scale plants for a quick production start-up. The small compact plants are pre-installed in HC freight containers and include processing solutions for the production of cocoa liquor, natural butter and non-alkalized coarse powder or chocolate. The units are designed with GMP (good manufacturing practice) and HACCP in mind to assure a high quality output product.
THE CONCEPT
- Small-scale cocoa processing units, designed according to European standards and provided with an online breakdown assistance.
- Processing options for cocoa liquor, natural butter, coarse powder and chocolate.
- Each unit is supplied fully wired and tested in Germany before delivery.
